Bechara Karan Johar is riding the horns of a dilemma. You know that he is on the verge of remaking his late father Yash Johars superhit 1990 film Agneepath. And that he had Hrithik Roshan in mind for the lead role of Vijay Dinanath Chauhan, which won Amitabh Bachchan a National Award. But if sources are to be believed, Karan is now having second thoughts.
And the filmmakers dilemma is: should he continue with Hrithik or take Big Bs son Abhishek to play the famous role?
This is going to be Karans future big film and he does not want to rush into it without proper thought. He also intends casting an upcoming actor to play Mithun Chakrabortys riotous Keralite narial-wallah character Krishnan Iyer MA. Incidentally, the title Agneepath was derived from a poem penned by Harivansh Rai Bachchan and throughout the film, the poem is recited by Big B. Agneepath also got Mithun a National Award. At the moment, the National Award winning film appears to be giving Karan a monumental headache.
